Extrication Training

High Point volunteers met for their monthly extrication training at Carolina Scrap Iron.
Firefighters ran timed drills in which they had remove and stage all the needed equipment from the engine. Connect the hydraulic hoses to the pump and tools. Ensure the vehicle is turned off and in park. Stabilize the vehicle with cribbing. Remove the passenger door.
All equipment was then put back on the truck and similar evolutions were ran to remove the driver’s door and the roof.
