Highway 601 North

High Point Fire, along with Pageland Rescue and Lifeguard EMS, responded to a vehicle crash at the intersection of Highway 601 North and Brock Rd. Upon arrival, firefighters in their personal vehicles discovered two vehicles involved in a T-bone crash. Fortunately, there were no individuals entrapped.

Firefighters began assessing the scene for injuries. Pageland Rescue 1 and High Point Engine 51 arrived shortly afterward and established blocking positions to create a safe work area for responders. Traffic cones were deployed to divert traffic around the incident, ensuring the safety of both responders and motorists.

Multiple patients were transported by two Lifeguard ambulances. The South Carolina Highway Patrol is currently investigating the crash.
