High Point Fire District responded to a vehicle crash on Stateline Rd involving a tractor-trailer. Upon arrival, firefighters discovered a tractor-trailer had dropped the passenger side trailer wheels off the road while attempting to make a turn. The truck had all driver-side wheels off the ground, posing a significant risk of tipping over.
Firefighters deployed traffic cones to redirect vehicles away from the scene, ensuring the safety of both motorists and responders until recovery crews could safely reposition the truck back onto the road.
