Tadlock Road

Volunteers from High Point Fire District responded to a woods fire on Tadlock Rd. Upon arrival, Brush 23 encountered a fire in the edge of the woods beside a driveway. Brush 23 along with Brush 13 worked to extinguish the flames. Firefighters utilized hand tools to create a firebreak around the perimeter, containing the blaze. Engine 51 provided water supply. The incident was ultimately determined to have been started by a youth playing with a lighter.
